Who is ICH meant for?
ICH was designed for both influencer marketing agencies and brands of all shapes and sizes. A few examples include the following but definitely not limited to;
Perhaps you’re a small startup agency or brand and don’t want to risk making too many internal hires early on. In this case, the brand might want to consider hiring (1) influencer marketing coordinator in-house and have that internal manager oversee the campaign coordination through ICH at much more affordable costs. Bear in mind, it most likely takes a lot less time to integrate ICH versus hiring internally – and the risk for errors is significantly lower.
Perhaps you’re a large influencer marketing agency that’s doing extremely well and new clients are coming onboard weekly. However, your team might now be struggling to find time to identify new influencers for your clients. ICH could take over all of the coordination to allow your team to focus on finding new partners.

Do I still need an influencer marketing platform?
This answer will vary greatly by agency and brand, but ICH wasn't necessarily designed with the specific intention of replacing influencer marketing platforms, at least for now. The main objective of ICH is to reduce the number of people needed to manage the day-to-day campaign execution while also doing it at a much more affordable cost per seat. That being said, we feel that many agencies and brands will realize shortly after onboarding ICH that many of the current influencer platform functionalities could also easily be replaced by ICH’s services, allowing your influencer marketing managers to focus more of their time on strategy, negotiations and relationship building. In fact, when surveying many agencies and brands in the space about the need for an influencer platform, many common responses included;
- Participants agreed that influencer platforms haven't helped to save much time when managing campaign logistics such as messaging briefs, tracking links and more -- and that they would prefer a more human element to the process.
- Overall, most participants agreed that none of the current influencer platforms seem to be a true all-in-one solution. Many agreed that a coordinator could perform most of the campaign execution without an influencer platform and that it would likely be a lot quicker too. Participants mentioned that platforms might still be needed for influencer discovery and to gather demographic data, but they would likely downgrade to a more affordable option to save on costs.
In summary, we do not recommend eliminating your influencer platform immediately after onboarding ICH. You should not expect to increase overhead costs by onboarding ICH since it’s mainly designed to reduce the number of internal hires at a fraction of the cost. However, we do recommend that clients monitor the workload needed within their platforms a few months after onboarding ICH, and then determine whether downsizing their influencer platform is a good business decision.

How do you price ICH?
Pricing will vary greatly depending on the client’s needs. Please schedule a call with ICH for a more accurate quote.

How quickly can you integrate and help scale my business?
Full integration can take roughly 30 days depending on how much influencer marketing the client is already doing. That being said, new processes can take a bit of time for our coordinators to master, but the learning curve is significantly quicker and the risk for errors is far less than hiring interns, offshoring or anything else that’s remotely similar.

Who will be my contact at ICH?
Each client is assigned a human Account Manager that would be your main POC. Sitting directly under your Account Manager might include additional human or A.I. coordinators depending on the size of your business. The A.I. should be equally as efficient as a human doing the same tasks, but would also be monitoring your account at nights and on the weekends.
